Our scoring is grounded in hands-on testing, verified durability, and functional performance, applied the same way to every entry.

Each product is tested against a fixed set of criteria: build quality, durability over repeated use, and whether it performs the job it claims. Service providers are audited on the same basis, through documented sessions, consistent checklists, and follow-up observation where the work allows it. Star ratings are assigned only after those checks are complete. A rating reflects what we verified, not what a manufacturer or operator promised.

Reviewers note where a result is uncertain or where testing was limited, so readers can judge the evidence for themselves. Scores are revisited when a product changes or new findings appear.
